At Casami Italian Bistro, we are passionate about bringing the authentic flavors of Italy to your plate. Our restaurant is named after Luigi home town where he grew up Casamicciola, where some of his dishes are inspired and his love for traditional Italian cooking started. We use only the freshest ingredients in our homemade pastas, sauces, and desserts. Join us for a dining experience that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy.

Luigi Di Iorio, our Chef and Owner, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He honed his skills in Italy alongside his uncle Giuseppe Di Iorio, and later ventured off to Spain, Germany, Switzerland where Luigi worked alongside two Michelin star Chefs (Nino Di Costanzo, Gaetano Trovato) before bringing his expertise to the United States. Luigi is passionate about creating delicious, authentic Italian dishes that showcase the best of his country's culinary traditions.
